As a Holistic Health Coach I  see my clients as a whole,  I understand my clients’ unique needs and create individualized one of a kind wellness programs.

My job is to empower you, support and guide you to make the changes that will radically improve your health and happiness levels.

  • I can help you get to the root cause of the issues you want to change. I believe that 100% of human illnesses can  be improved or managed with the right nutrients.
  • I can teach you about meal planning for your particular health condition and age.
  • I can prepare a detailed supplementation plan to help attain your optimal health.

  • I assist you with life changes including relationships, grief, life purpose etc.
  • I can prepare a detailed holistic support plan for you including: herbs, crystals, aromatherapy etc.

What is Energy Medicine:

  • According to Mind Body Green, energy healing is a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated. That definition is a lot to process, so here are five facts that can clear up any confusion or misconceptions you may still have about energy healing:

Energy healing is based on scientific principles.

  • We all learned in high school physics class that matter is made up of molecules. Even something that is solid, such as a table, is vibrating all the time. As humans, we, too, are vibrating.
